Introduction

Marcus Gepner

Marcus Gepner grew up in Kirkland, Wash., and fell in love with brewing beers when he started visiting local breweries. Marcus’ favorite style of beer is the Amber. It’s lighter, refreshing and you can have more than two. When Marcus is not mastering his craft of brewing beer, he enjoys nerding out on retro video games and reading comics.

Joe Singkeo

Joe grew up in Seattle where his friends and family have always been top priority.

He has always had a passion for tasting and creating new beers. Joe enjoys barrel-aged beers, but his go to is sessional pale ale. During his off hours from slinging barrels, Joe loves to escape into nature, whether it’s hiking, sports or finding new ways to brew beer.

Janay Hunter

Janay was born and raised in Marysville, Washington. She is currently a junior at Washington State University majoring in Integrated Communications. Janay's passion for beer started when she became interested in hiking. Her favorite thing to do is crack open a beer, lay in her hammock, and enjoy the view at the top of every hike she accomplishes. With every new hike, she introduces herself to a new beer.

Kevin Lamb

Born in Washington State, Kevin grew up surounded by family, friends, and music. Kevin enjoys stout and red beers the most. When Kevin isn't working hard behind the scenes at the Interurban Brewery he loves to play guitar and drums, and jog the trails.

Ann Andrist

Ann Andrist was born and raised in Sweden and has a lot of experience with beers from Europe. Ann's favorite beer is IPA because of the balance between the rich aroma and flavorful hops. When Ann is not studying or drinking beer with her friends, she enjoys spending time with her husband and traveling.

Kylie McLaughlin

Kylie was born and raised in Seatle, WA with her family. Growing up, her grandma taught her about growing hops and how they're used. Her favorite thing to do is explore her local community with her close friends. Since she recently turned 21, her passion for beer has become #1.
